1. General
Urka Shop is a private digital goods store: Blox Fruits items and accounts, Telegram Stars, gifts and Premium, plus Robux and Roblox gamepasses.
The store is not an official Telegram or Roblox service and is not affiliated with them. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We may change the assortment, prices and operating rules. The current version of these terms is always published on this page.
2. Products and catalog
Descriptions and prices are informational. The final price is locked when the order is placed on the site.
Stock updates automatically but may change before payment. If an item is unavailable, we will offer a replacement or refund the payment.
For goods delivered to an account, the buyer must provide correct recipient details.
3. Placing an order
Orders are placed on the site. Check the item, quantity, recipient and total before paying.
An order is accepted once it is confirmed on the site and the payment is received. Until then, price and availability may change.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details provided: @username, Roblox nickname and the selected Premium period.
4. Payment
Available payment methods depend on the storefront and the product: store balance, bank card through the payment provider and CryptoBot.
Prices may be displayed in different currencies, but obligations are fixed in the order currency.
We do not store full bank card details. Payments are processed by providers under their own rules.
5. Delivery
Digital goods are delivered automatically or manually after payment. Timing depends on the product and provider load.
Stars, gifts and Premium are delivered to the specified @username; Robux and gamepasses to the specified Roblox account. Some gamepasses require joining the game.
If the recipient has disabled gift receiving or the details are incorrect, redelivery is arranged through support.
6. Refunds and disputes
A digital item is considered received after successful delivery. Delivered goods are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
If delivery fails through our fault, we redeliver the item or return the order amount to the store balance.
Orders with an undetermined result are reviewed manually. They are not redelivered or refunded automatically until the review is complete.
7. Prohibited actions
It is prohibited to use stolen payment data, file unjustified chargebacks, bypass limits or restrictions, or use the site for fraud.
Automated data collection, interference with the site or bots, and attempts to access other users' orders are prohibited.
In case of violation we may restrict access and cancel unfinished orders. Payment for goods already delivered is not refunded.
8. Liability
We are responsible for correct delivery within the order amount. We are not responsible for the actions of Telegram, Roblox, payment and delivery providers, or restrictions imposed on the buyer's account.
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of technical downtime.
9. Intellectual property
Names, logos and trademarks of Telegram, Roblox, Blox Fruits and other products belong to their owners.
Site materials may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without permission.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The new version takes effect upon publication, and continued use of the site means acceptance of the changes.
